Shipping & Returns
All orders placed online at reya.nyc will be confirmed by a representative personally. Pieces that are in-stock will ship within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation unless a particular ship date is stated for the piece. If your desired piece is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. For custom, made-to-order pieces or any Private Concierge orders please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Shipping times may vary due to availability of inventory, we want to ensure satisfaction and will do our best to personally keep you informed.
You will receive an email confirmation for your order in which tracking information is provided. We may upgrade your shipping for a faster delivery and will personally contact you with the updated information. You will be notified when your order ships via Email and SMS. Adjustments to orders already placed
If you need to change your order or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and reason for the change.
Item prices are subject to change due to variability in the raw materials (diamonds, gold prices, precious gemstones). If an item’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will personally contact you before finalizing your order to confirm the new price. There is no negotiation of pricing for any of our pieces.
Lost Packages or Order not received
Please ensure that you are entering a valid and secure delivery address upon checkout. Once we have handed the order to the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, Fedex), it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your package to the stated address. If there is a signature required for a high value item, we will personally remind you that someone must be present to sign for the package (can be doormen or lobby persons as well). Shipping & Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We can only honor an exchange if there is a product defect. We have high quality standards and within our operational process we photograph pieces prior to delivery so we can ensure you are receiving the best quality.
